Book Description.
(From Amazon.)
The Average American Marriage, the long-awaited sequel to Chad Kultgen’s much debated, always controversial The Average American Male, is a matter-of-fact foray into the male mind and sexual fantasy. Now married with children, Kultgen's lewd and sex-obsessed narrator once again offers up his deep (and not so deep) thoughts on love, marriage, kids, and (naturally) sex: from birthday sex to interns to parenting, The Average American Male looks upon the institution of marriage with the same deadpan smirk he has brought to the rest of his sex-addled, perennially disaffected life.

My Novel  Review.
…………………………
"The Average American Marriage A Novel” A long five year’s we’ve waited for the highly
Controversial sequel to the first installment, “The Average American Male A Novel” By Chad Kulltgen.
The  nameless offensive dirty mouthed narrator is back now married to his wife Alyna with two children,  Andy  and Jean .
Once again the nameless narrator is very blunt with his language in this novel and takes us inside the male point of view of his marriage and dirty thought’s.
The story starts with an unhappily married bored with his sexless marriage
to  Alyna.
Spending most of his day watching  porn and  dirty fantasies with various women ,run through his head.  As his mind plays out sexual encounters.
One day at work changes everything in his life as he is captivated  by the twenty one year old college intern Holly McDonnel.
She’s fuc@ken hot!.

I’m closing down my computer at work and finishing a list of calls I need to make in the morning when Holly knocks on the door frame of my office.
I say, “Hey.”
She says, “Hey.”
“What’s up?
Uh, I know this is probably like a serious hassle, and it’s no big deal if you can’t do it, but I kind of need a favor.”
“Sure, what do you need?”
“I kind of need a ride home. My sister borrowed my car to go to Santa Barbara for some work thing this morning, and she was supposed to have it back by now but she got stuck up there, and all of my friends are doing stuff and can’t pick me up and you’re like the only person I really know here, so I thought I’d ask. And, seriously, it’s no problem if you can’t. I can just call my parents or something but I was trying to not have to deal with them.”

When the opportunity presents it’s self would he take it?
It would never happen.
All the fantasies in his head were just that, fantasies.  That’s what he thought til he found himself in the back seat of his car having sex with twenty one year old Holly.

Author’s Plot.
……………………

The point Chad Kultgen is getting across to his reader’s is that ,  The nature  of an relationship changes with time it fades.
Relationships are not  the old days any more.

 Final thoughts.
............................
All the events in this novel were and seemed very much truthful. The characters written by Chad Kultgen  seemed to be realistic as well.
The character I enjoyed reading about most was Holly McDonnel.
The reason why is her smart phone she uses to connect to her Face Book through the novel is very common these days.
The thing I disliked about the novel would be reading the thoughts of mans head and how they really think.  Being married and reading this novel scared me the heck out of me.  But other than that I really loved this story line in this novel.  I’ve never found myself so addicted into a novel til I read this one.
The only thing I was hoping for a better out come to the nameless narrator. I recommend this novel to anyone and everyone.
I really hope for a book 3 in this series.
