Blogger UNPLUGGED by J.P. Grider ** NOVEL REVIEW**

Unplugged (A Portrait of a Rock Star)

                     Rock Star Romance

   Review by Destiny Rodriguez(Goodreads) ARC.

This novel is about Tagg Holland
a lead singer in a Rock band named
Holland.
Tagg meet Crystal Cummings, a beautiful movie actress.
After six months of dating, Tagg asked Crystal to marry him.
Their marriage was joyful at a time, but when their schedules allowed them to be together. Crystal would be shooting a movie and Tagg was on tour with his band.
In between time Tagg’s life style he wasn’t faithful.
Tagg wasn’t proud of this. One night Tagg and Ronnie attend a party a woman stated talking to Tagg. Drinks one after another made Tagg lose judgement. Tagg invited the girl from the club back to his house he shared with his wife. In there bed room Tagg started to have sex with her.

The bed room door swung open and Crystal stood at the door watching, before storming out of the house and his life.
Crystal was in a  fatal  accident and died. Tagg’s life turned upside down depressed, and with guilt for Crystal’s death.
Until Mara shows up at his door, training bag in hand.
Tagg’s life starts to look up again and Mara is a big reason why.  Tagg’s  starts to learn to love again,  or will he?
Will Tagg follow his heart with Mara and live  once again?
I love reading this great story.
J.P. Grider  wrote a great man’s struggle with guilt  and the drinking binge that Tagg derails himself into in the process.

Daughtry's music is the heart and soul of my novel, Unplugged (A Portrait of a Rock Star). So to be able to hug Chris and thank him personally for writing music that inspires my own writing was absolutely a dream come true. Every time he comes to New Jersey, I will go see him. His music touches my heart, my soul, my life. Thank you, Chris Daughtry and all the members of the Daughtry band.  xoxoxo
